It was October 2012. I was tired, down and broken. I decided I needed a complete break from my life and headed to the south coast for a few days, to Folkestone in particular. There was one lucky day of absolutely perfect weather, not many of those in October. Alone on a cliff I was probably the most at peace I ever remember being. My mind was quiet and I was flying with the seagulls. I recorded a little along with some random slow motion stuff at various locations on other days. I threw this together to remind me of that time.
