The Recipe as I attempted it:

Biscuits
1. Mix 1 teaspoon of sugar with 75 ml of warm water, mix with 20 grams of fresh yeast and leave in a warm place without air for 10 minutes.
2. Add 225 grams of flour, 50 grams of sugar, a little salt, vanilla flavor and 50 grams of margarine to a large bowl.
3. Fill the bowl with artificial water, stirring well. If necessary, add flour or water to prevent the dough from forming.
4. Bake for 5 minutes until the dough is smooth.
5. Place the dough in a bowl and cover with a damp cloth. Lift the dough in a warm place without taking it for 1 hour.
6. Meanwhile, cut the apple into 400-500 grams and cut into full pieces.
7. Approximately 30 cm to 20 cm of oil in the pan.
8. Put the dough in a saucepan and place the apple slices on top.
9. Place the dough in a warm place without filtering and let it rest for 30 minutes.
10. Add 150 grams of flour, 75 grams of sugar, aromatic vanilla and 90 grams of softened butter.
11. Knead until the dough is smooth.
12. Cool the flour.
13. Peel an egg and cut it into apple slices.
14. Bake at 180 ° C for 30 minutes.

Crumble cake
1. In 75ml of lukewarm water dissolve 1 teaspoon of sugar, then mix in 20g of fresh yeast. Let sit for 10 minutes in a warm draft-free place.
2. In a large bowl combine 225g of flour, 50g of sugar, a pinch of salt, some vanilla flavouring and 50g of soft margarine.
3. Add the yeast water to the bowl and mix. Add more flour or water if needed, until a dough forms that doesn’t stick or crumble.
4. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until it is smooth.
5. Put the dough in the bowl and cover with a wet tea towel. Leave the dough to rise in a warm draft-free place for an hour.
6. In the meantime peel 400g to 500g of apples and slice into thin wedges.
7. Grease a circa 30cm by 20cm baking tray.
8. Evenly spread the dough on the tray, and arrange the apple slices on top.
9. Place the tray in a warm draft-free place and leave the dough to rise again for 30 minutes.
10. In a bowl combine 150g flour, 75g of sugar, some vanilla flavouring and 90g of soft margarine.
11. Mix until the dough reaches an even, crumbly texture.
12. Let the dough chill in the fridge.
13. Evenly spread the dough on top of the apple slices by breaking it apart into little crumbs.
14. Bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
